FastCAM software has four cutting process module: FastCAM graphics, FastNEST sets of data, FastPATH programming and FastPLOT verification.

FastCAM graphics module function:

Graphics features: similar to the CAD software, can draw a variety of parts diagram

CAD compatibility and optimization functions: DXF/DWG parts of the map to remove compression extraction and batch sequencing optimization.

Special cutting function: cutting gap compensation, plasma bridge, the flame edge cutting, angle processing, CAD sub layer cutting, text annotation function

FastNEST sets of data module function:

Manual nesting: simple and quick, high efficiency of nesting

Matrix nesting: including row, row, row, row of matrix

Automatic nesting: automatic nesting function, set of high efficiency

Interactive sets of materials: automatic nesting in the time to pause to add a manual

Cutting of the common edge: to reduce the preheating of the perforation, improve the cutting efficiency

More than expected sets of materials: the remaining plate of the duplicate sets of material, the effective saving of steel

FastPATH programming module function:

Function: manual programming and automatic programming function, including powder marking, cutting and cutting path optimization, multi layered

Multi controller: support for multiple controllers and EIA and G/M ESSI instruction

Cutting: cutting gap compensation, pre perforation, pad seam cutting, left sealing etc.

FastPLOT check module function:

NC verification: automatic and manual cutting simulation, size and compensation

Cost calculation: the calculation of the utilization ratio, cutting length, the number of holes and the processing cost.

Conversion function: to provide the conversion between the /CAM file /DXF/DWG file NC
